This season is often described as “the most wonderful time of the year,” yet for many, it can also be a time of loneliness, struggle, or exhaustion. We will be celebrating, thus sharing God’s love with one another.

Step out of your comfort zone and shine Christ’s light through simple acts of kindness. Small gestures can make a big impact. Imagine handing a kind note to the car guard in the parking lot who stands in the sun all day; or surprising a cashier with a word of encouragement during their busy shift. Picture giving a toll gate worker a smile and a card, or offering a small message of hope to a beggar at the roadside or even brighten the day of a colleague/fellow congregation member.

Simply print and cut them out, keep them in your bag, ready to hand out wherever you go. No need to say much — just a “this is for you” and/or “pass this on to someone who needs it”.
